When one thinks of Chef “Flava” P, not only does her delicious and flavorful food comes to mind, but her lively personality does as well. The culinary entertainer is more than just a chef, she is a creative in culinary arts and  uses food as a form of expression. “Everything I do is an expression and therapy, almost like a diary of how I feel inside,” she explains, “ from cooking, doing music, or painting….I create to stay sane”. The chef’s love for cooking is transparent through her signature recipes, cooking shows, custom seasoning, and catering services.
